SMS Messaging Consent Policy

Homeowners provide prior express consent for SMS when submitting a lead form requesting HVAC replacement quotes or information from partner providers (e.g., Angi, HomeAdvisor).

Consent is collected via forms with clear language: "By submitting, you agree to receive phone/SMS contact."

CLARA sends a maximum of two follow-up messages only on stale leads with existing consent:

1. Initial re-engagement: Calm check for continued interest.

2. Follow-up: Qualifying or direct scheduling link if intent confirmed.

Example scheduling message includes a Calendly link for self-booking.

Opt-out: Reply STOP anytime. We stop immediately and permanently.
